HELP A FELLOW HUMAN After, the interesting article of "Women representation in Sri Lankan politics", we decided to meet with article " Help a fellow human". This article is written by Gayan Jayasinghe, first year student of Faculty of Management & Finance. Corona! Corona! Corona! The most heard word of this year and what an year it has been there was always a bit of suspicion in the number 2020. Most of us will never forget this year even though we were at home most of the time. Me as a person coming from a middle class family spent my quarantine without many problems and quite leisurely but this was not the case for most of Sri Lankans. The servant aunty who comes to our house was asked to stop because of this health risks and when I think about it 'the daily income earners' their life may have become far more worse. Rs. 5000 payment for daily wage earners is given by the government as a compensation for the lost income but
