Cricket….?? Yeah the game we have enjoyed lot with everyone. It gives uncountable things for our lives. Since we are children we used to watched cricket. That is because of it has been attached to our lives. We are sri Lankans, we have a great cricket history since 1940s. the Great Britain introduced cricket to us. In 1975 we have played our 1 st ODI against west indies and first test against England. In late nineties our country got failed in cricket. Winning was lot far from us. But in 1996 we have got the chance to participated to the ICC cricket world cup has been happened in Pakistan. In that period, we were the weakest team in the world. So sad right…?? Yeah me too but I am saying that was the greatest year of our cricket history. When we went to the world cup we were the last but at the end we have beaten mighty Australia and took the trophy to our mother Lanka.
