FMF Media Induction Day 2018

අපේ Media Club එකේ වයස දැන් අවුරුද්දකට වඩා ටිකක් වැඩී. දැන් ඉස්සරට වඩා හැම අංශයක්ම කාර්යබහුලයි. ඉතින් අපි තීරණය කලා අපේ FMF Media පවුලට තව සාමාජිකයෝ ටිකක් එකතු කරගෙන අපේ මේ ගමන තවත් සාර්ථකව යන්න. ඒකට පියවරක් විදියට අපේ ආදරණීය නංගිලා මල්ලිලා එක්ක කතා කරන්න ඔවුන්ට FMF Media කියන්නේ මොකක්ද කියන දේ තේරුම් කරන්න අපි සැප්තැම්බර් මාසේ තුන් වෙනිදා 2018 අවුරුද්දේ නිල ආරම්භක උත්සවය පැවැත්වුවා. 

එදා දවස ගැන අපිම ලියනවට වඩා ඒ දවස ගැන අපේ පුංචි අමුත්තොන්ගෙන්ම අහල දැනගන්න අපිට ඕන වුණා. ඉතින් අපිට අදහස් දක්වන්න මල්ලි කෙනෙකුත් නංගිලා දෙන්නෙකුත් ඉදිරිපත් වුණා. භාෂා දෙකෙන්ම ආටිකල් ඉදිරිපත් වෙච්ච නිසා සමබර අදහස් කීපයක් අපිට ඔබ වෙතට දෙන්න පුලුවන් කියන විශ්වාසේ අපිට තියෙනවා. අපි බලමු ඔවුන්ගේ අදහස් මොන වගේද සහ ඔවුන්ට එදා දවස දැනුනේ කොහොමද කියලා...

This is how Ishan Malli expressed his Feelings on the FMF Media Induction Programme 2018

I still remember the very first date that our Ayyas and Akkas of the FMF Media Club doing us a very brief introduction of the club. At that time I had no idea about what the club is and don’t know anything, because at that time we were in our dress codes and the worst time period of the programme for the first years. I still remember the feeling that I got a message mentioning that “There will be a batch meeting at hall number 05.” It was not very funny. Then after we went for the meeting, we suddenly realized that there were totally new bunch of people and then we got to know this is not a common batch meeting and this might be very interesting. That is the very first day I got to about the FMF Media Club, Faculty of Management and Finance University of Colombo. At that time I decided, one day I must go to this club and need to develop my skills.

Last 3^rd September was an unforgettable day in my university life, because I participated in the induction programme of the FMF Media Club. As soon as the lectures were finished at 3.00 pm I went to the hall no. 04 and I was very excited. Because I had not any idea about what is going to be there. When I was going to the hall no 04 there were some second year Ayyas and Akkas, Then they asked from me whether I was coming for the Induction programme. I said "yes". Then they asked me “Malli go inside”.

When I went inside to the hall there were no any single first year students of my batch. Then I was really really excited. After few minutes, I got to know about that there was a meeting for the first year students. But I didn’t receive the message and I decided to stay at hall no. 04 until the Induction programme started. I still remember the feeling that I had by staying in that hall with my ayyas and akkas without any first year friends of me. That was awesome and I realized that this is a totally new Culture.

However by 4.00 pm my fellow students of first year came to the hall no. 04 and then the Induction Programme started. I wanted to said this; it was a very well organized Induction programme and gave us a different kind of feeling and attitude about the university. I still remembered that our fellow Second year ayyas and akkas show us  some videos about what the FMF Media Club is and they came in front of the hall and explained well about the units of media club and what type of service were done by them. All the coordinators of the each unit came in front of the hall and explained us in more kindly about their units and what the FMF Media is all about.

And at that time I realized that I chose the best place to develop my some of skills. Because I realized that by participating in these activities such as Photography, Videography, Graphic Designing, Blog Writing, and Announcing we can develop some essential skills that are required by the potential Job Market. And I realized that in the FMF Media club there is a Learning Culture and not a Power Culture. This means we can corporate with everyone in the unit and ask anything that we don’t know and we can teach the things that we know. This is the real reason for FMF Media Club to successfully achieve many victories throughout the last year.

I must tell this story to you all, The Induction Programme was really well organized one and it was very funny. We had two types of games to do with Second years and which helps us to be close to everyone and to create a Learning Culture. Those activities are so funny and at the end of the each game we were given some tasty treatment.

Finally I wanted to tell that I chose the best place to develop my some of skills and I Invite my fellow First year students to please come and join with the Club. You can totally get a different kind of experience and you will like that. And I appreciate the great work done by our fellow Second year ayyas and akkas of the FMF Media Club and wish them all the very best in their future endeavors and Inviting cordially for my fellow first year friends to join with our club, Hope to see you guys very soon with a New Article.

First Year

මේ රුවිනි නංගි ඇයගේ අදහස් අපිත් එක්ක බෙදාගත්ත විදිය... 

හිරුගේ හිරු කිරණත්, මව්ගෙ කිරි වලිනුත් තමා මේ විශ්වයේ ජීවය සැකසී ඇත්තේ. ඒ ජීවය පවතින “මගේ ජිවිතය” කියන අකුරු හය  කවදා,කොතැනක,කොහොම අවසන් වේවිද කියන්න අපිවත් හරියට නොදන්න ලෝකෙක අපි කවුද, අපිට මොනවද කරන්න පුළුවන් කියන දේ පෙන්වන්න තියෙන හොදම තෝතැන්නක් තමා සරසවිය කියන්නේ.  

ඉතින් ඒ සරසවිය තුල අධ්‍යාපනය,කලාව,නිතිය වගමෙ තමා තුල ඇති නිවේදන, ඡායාරූප කලාව, ලිවිිමේ හැකියාවන් එකිි මෙකිි නොකිි කලාවන් වර්ධනය  කර ගන්න වගමෙ ඒ හැකියාවන් යටපත් වීමට නොදී සමාජයටත් එහි සාරය සමාජගත කරන ක්ෂේම භූමියක් මේ පින්බිම තුලදී මට හමුවිය. නමින් එය FMF Media නම් දැරීය.

Assignment, Presentation, Lectures වලින් පිරි ලෝකෙක මනස ආශා කරන දෙයක් කිරීම තුල ලබන ආත්ම තෘප්තිය මෙතැකයි යැයි කියා නිම කල නොහැක. FMF Media යන වචනය දුටු පමනින් දැන සිටියේ ඡායාරූප කලාව පමණක් බවයි. නමුත් ඒ තුල එය පමණක් නොව Announcing, Videography, Graphic Designing , Blog Writing වැනි විවිධ වූ හැකියාවන් සහිත අංශ ගණනාවක් තිබීම යම්තාක් උනන්දුවක් ඇති කිරීමට සමත් විය.

Induction යැයි කියූ පමණින්ම සිතුනේ “කියන තරම් දෙයක් නැතුව ඇති club එක ගැන කරණ පුංචි රැස්වීමක් වෙන්න ඇති ඉක්මනට ඉවර වුනොත් හොදයි” කියන සිතුවිල්ලෙන්. ඇතුල් වුන වෙලාවේ ඉදන් ඉවර වුන වෙලාව වෙනකම් සමීප යාළුවෝ ටිකත් එක්ක ඉන්නවා මිස මේ අයියා කෙනෙක්,මේ අක්කා කෙනෙක් කියන හැගීම දැනෙන්න දුන්නේ නෑ කිව්වොත් නිවැරදියි. 

මුලින්ම එක එක්කෙනා වෙන වෙනම හදුන්වා දීලා සුහදත්වය ඇති කරන්න පුංචි පුංචි තරග තියලා ඉදපු හැමෝමත් එක්ක පුංචි හරි බැදීමක් ඇති කරන්න Induction සමත් වුනා කිව්වොත් හරියටම හරි. නැත්නම් හාවා හද දකින්න වගේ club meeting එකක් තියෙනවා කිව්වම ඇවිත් මූණ පෙන්නලා යන්නන්ට FMF Media ගැලපෙන තෝතැන්නක් නොවන බව සක් සුදක් සේ පැහැදිලියි. සාම්පදායික රැස්වීම් කලාවෙන් එහා ගිහින් සුහදත්වය ඇති කරන්න,නව දැනුම බෙදා ගන්න,හැකියාවන් හදුනා ගන්න,හැකියාවන් වර්ධනය කර ගන්න, මිනිසුන් හදුනා ගන්න,ජිවිතය ඉගෙන ගන්න තියෙන පාරාදීසයක් තමා FMF Media කියන්නේ. ඒ අතරිනුත් 2018.09.03 කියන්නේ සරසවි ජීවිතයේ තවත් අමතක කරන්න බැරි දවසක් ලෙස මතකයන් තුල රැදේවි.

කළමනාකරණ හා මුල්‍ය පීඨය 

පළමු වසර 

අවසානයට අපිට ආටිකල් එක ගෙනත් දුන්නේ හර්ෂිනී නංගි. මේ ඇයට එදා දවස දැනුනු හැටි...  

එදා සඳුදා දිනයක් විය. දේශනය නිමා වුවාත් සමගම මා හට අවශ්‍ය වූයේ ඉක්මනින් නිවසට යාමටය. නමුත් මගේ මිතුරෙකුගේ ඇරයුම මත FMF Media Induction එක වෙත යාමට තීරණය කලෙමි. "මොකක්ද මේ FMF Media?" ඒ වන විට මහත් චකිතයකින් පසුබසින මගේ සිතෙහි රැව් දුන් එකම ප්‍රශ්ණය එය විය. FMF පිලිබඳ කිසිම අවබෝධයකින් පසු නොවූ මම ඒ පිලිබඳ විස්තර දැනගැනීමට මහත් ආශාවෙන් පසුවුනෙමි. 

දේශනය ආරම්භ කරනතෙක් ඉවසා සිටිය නොහැකි හෙයින් මා අසල සිටි ළමයාගෙන් මම FMF ගැන අසන්නට ගත්තෙමි. ඔහු මට පැවසූයේ ඡායාරුපකරණය සිදුවන්නේ FMF Media තුලින් බවයි. ඡායාරුපකරණය පිලිබඳ කිසිඳු දැනුමකින් තොර වූ මා සිතුවේ මා මෙතැනට සුදුස්සෙක් නොවන බවයි. ඒත් මා වැරදි බව මට පසුව සිතෙන්නට විය. 

FMF Media යනු එක් අංශයකට පමණක් විශේෂීකරණය වූ ස්ථානයක් නොවේ. ලිවීම, නිවේදන, කථික, විවාද, ඡායාරුපකරණය, වීඩියෝකරණය, නිර්මාණකරණය යන සෑම අංශයක්ම කැටිවූ, පොත පතට පමණක් හිර වී තම ජීවිතය ගත කරන, අප වැනි විද්‍යාර්ථයින් උදෙසාම සකස්කළ සුරපුරක් දැයි කිවහොත් මා නිවැරදියි. 

පාසැල් කාලයේ සිටම නිවේදන අංශය සඳහා පමණක් කැමැත්තක් දැක්වූ මම, දේශනයෙන් පසුව ඉහත දැක්වූ සෑම අංශයක් සඳහාම සම්බන්ධ වීමට කැමැත්තක් ඇතිවූයේ නිරායාසයෙනි. 2016 වර්ෂයේ ආරම්භ කල FMF Media මේ තරම් කෙටි කාලයකදී පැමිණ ඇති මඟ දැක ආඩම්බර වෙමි. මගේම සහෝදර සහෝදරයින් FMF Media හි සිදුවන සෑම කටයුත්තක්ම ඉතාමත් උනන්දුවෙන් හා සාර්ථක ලෙස කරගෙන යාමට උනන්දුවෙන් හා කැපවීමෙන් වැඩ කරන බවත්, ඔවුන්ගේ දක්ෂතා හා නිර්මාණශීලී හැකියාවන් මෙහි සාර්ථකත්වයට තුඩු දුන් එකම කරුණ බවත් මා එදා තේරුම් ගත්තෙමි.  

එපමණක් නොවේ. FMF Media යනු තිබෙන්නා වූ දක්ෂතා ඔපමට්ටම් කිරීමටත්නැ,ති දක්ෂතා අලුතින් ඇති කිරීමටත් උපකාරීවන මේ කළමනාකරණ පීඨයේ ඇති එකම තෝතැන්නයි. ඉදිරියට මෙහි සාර්ථකත්වය කරා ගමන් කිරීමට කැප වී වැඩ කිරීමට අවස්ථාවක් ලැබෙන්නට ඇත්තේ තිබු යම් වාසනාවකට යැයි සිතුවෙමි. කළමණාකරුවෙකු යනු හර බැර සංකල්පයට පමණක් සීමාවූ පුද්ගලයෙකු පමණක් නොවන බවත් ඔහු තුලිනුත් නිර්මාණශීලී කලාකරුවෙකු ඇතිවිය හැකිය යන සංකල්පය FMF Media තුලින් තහවුරු වී හමාරය.

පළමු වසර 

අපි මේ වගේ ආටිකල් එකකින් ආයෙමත් මුණගැහෙමු.. ඔබේ සරසවියේ හෝ ආයතනයේ ඕනෑම උත්සවයක්, අවස්ථාවක් ගැන ලියන්න අවශ්‍ය නම් අපිට කතා කරන්න ඔබට පුළුවන්.. පුංචි කොන්දේසි කීපයක් එක්ක තමයි අපිට ඒ දේ කරන්න වෙන්නේ.. කොහොම උනත් අපි කැමති තුම්මුල්ලෙන් එහා සමාජෙත් එක්ක ආදරයෙන් ගනුදෙනු කරන්න, මොකද මේක අපේ සරසවියට විතරක් කොටු වෙච්ච සීමාවක් ඇතුලේ ඉදන් කරන දෙයක් නෙමෙයි නිසා..
